RESERVATION RULES

All lane reservations require prepayment at the time we take them. If you have not prepaid, you do not have a reservation.

Groups must reserve and pay for one lane for each 5 guests - not just bowlers - in their party. This requirement helps us provide your group, and all other guests, the appropriate space to enjoy their experience.

Up to (and no more than) 5 bowlers can bowl on each lane.

All reservations are taken for time only. Groups may reserve as much time as they would like. However, no time extensions are allowed if there are guests waiting for open lanes on our waiting list. In that situation, groups who want to continue must join the waiting list and wait their turn for another lane(s).

Lane reservations that are prepaid are guaranteed. For this reason, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE LANES ARE RESERVED AND PAID FOR.

Our goal is to provide all guests and groups the right amount of space and lanes for them, and all other guests and groups, to enjoy their experience here without crowding or infringing on the space or lanes of others. Thank you for your cooperation!
